Sainsbury's in South Street Farnham teamed up with the Squadron on Saturday 26th as the cadets prepared to sell refreshments and cakes in support of Farnham Town Council at the Christmas light Switch on.

The Manager Gary Cobern was extremely helpful and provided a Sainsbury's voucher towards the cost of the cakes.

In addition, baker Graham Worsell took a real interest in the project and helped us choose the right cakes and made sure that they were all fresh, and ready on time - the doughnuts were still warm!

The 229 cadets then worked hard to raise funds for their Minibus Appeal by selling the cakes in Gostrey Meadow.  It was a fun and successful day, the tea and cakes went down really well.
