The expedition season is well and truly upon us and we'll shortly be commencing training for this year's expedition. It's YOUR expedition however so first of all, think about where you'd like to go! Bear in mind we have to resource the exped with qualified staff, minibus hire, campsite bookings etc. Plus on the admin side our application bid and paperwork have to be submitted in approx 4 weeks time for an October expedition! Get thinking and let's get packing...

Here are just three suggestions...

The New Forest
— (pic left shows wild camp at Pig Bush) plenty to go at here; you can choose to base your planned activity on:
Wildlife (not just ponies, there are deer, wild pigs, cattle, rabbits, birds of prey and reptiles)
Land use (find out about pannaging, coppicing, inclosures, hunting and WW2 airfields)
Flora and Fauna (over 1,000 different species of plants, trees and vegetation to discover!)

The Test Valley
— (pic left shows group 1 near Wherwell) not that far away near Andover. A beautiful rolling landscape of villages and farmland waiting to be discovered.

— (pic right shows Charlie group near Rowtor) Find out about the Hound of The Baskervilles, the Ten Tors, Letterboxing and how to survive heavy rainfall (it always rains!)
